Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - it was in a walkable area and close to transportation. The staff were friendly and highly professional, ensuring that all of our requests were met. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful spa and a courtesy car that was very helpful for getting around. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, with comfortable and nicely decorated spaces that were perfect for two people. The restaurant at breakfast had a great selection and offered beautiful views of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We were also impressed by the really good service, especially from the guest experience team were very good to make our child happy. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, perfect for two people. The staff were super friendly and provided an perfect service. The location of the hotel was ideal, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The hot tub in the spa was a great addition and the food served was delicious.

This hotel is exceptional and luxurious. the rooms are spacious, elegant and equipped with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre is impressive, with a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, treatment rooms and a lounge. the staff is professional, friendly and attentive, providing us with excellent service. the location is perfect, peaceful and quiet despite being in the heart of the city. the restaurant and the bar offer delicious food and drinks.

While using the Spa & wellness centre, we noticed that some guests did not shower before entering the pool, which could have implications for hygiene and health.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast at the top-notch restaurant provided stunning views of the city while enjoying a delicious meal. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional service, from check-in to room service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Some guests experienced issues with the staff, including rude behavior and mistakes with credit cards and room preferences.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The Superior Courtyard Room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The staff were highly professional, and the chat service on the iPad was a helpful resource for any information or requests. The breakfast at the restaurant offered a variety of options, such as well-poached eggs, and the service was attentive and friendly.

There was one dinner that didn't meet my expectations, although the manager of the service made efforts to compensate for the experience.

The service at the hotel was great. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs and the staff addressed us by name. The attention to detail and personalized service really made us feel special. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with key attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We also loved the spa facilities, clean and relaxing, and the overall ambience of the hotel was really good.

There were a couple of issues that bothered us. there was a mix-up with our deposit upon check-in, quite frustrating.
